6. Fees and Payment Terms

7. Client Responsibilities

11. Termination

11.2. Termination by Remote Worker/Developer/Star: Remote professionals may terminate their contract with a client, providing adequate notice as specified in the contract. Any work completed up to the date of termination must be compensated according to the agreed terms.
11.3. Termination by Hire Remote Stars: Hire Remote Stars reserves the right to terminate any user’s account or contract in cases of breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or unlawful activity.
12. Limitation of Liability
Hire Remote Stars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of Hire Remote Stars services will be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
